Egidijus Bruzas (Head Chef)
From a young age Egis (better known to his friends) watched his mother make her famous meatballs and decided then he wanted to be a chef. Entering cooking school at the age of 18yrs, he took up roles in various high profiled restaurants in Lithuania. Now married with two beautiful children Egis has been here at the Fire Station for over two years and is very famous for his steaks, which he admits himself is his favourite food to cook.
Irena Baker (Restaurant Manager)
Irena has been part of the Fire Station for many years, proving very popular with customers who are instantly taken by her charm and wit generating a great atmosphere. Her standards and customer service go far beyond the call of duty, and that’s one of the reasons people keep coming back.
Lukas Ingilevicius (Head Bartender)
Lukas still a spring chicken here at the Fire Station but has quickly taken to executing cocktails at a very high standard. His passion and drive for spirits and cocktails makes him one to watch out for, this year will see Lukas entering major nationwide cocktail competitions and hopefully dominating.
Rod Eslamieh (Manager)
Being here from the very start and taking the Fire Station to being the first and still only award winning venue in Brentford, Rod has made sure that standards and quality are constantly kept high, with a watchful eye.
Darren Harkin (Bartender)
Darren has several years of bartending experience behind him, some of which was spent as a bar supervisor.
Darren is a friendly person to have behind the bar and a pleasure to work with. An important addition to the Fire Station family.
